Project Description
The CHAM Integrated Digital Healthcare Transformation Project aims to modernize and unify CHAM’s healthcare delivery operations through the deployment of the Moyo Healthcare Ecosystem, built on the battle-tested Omni Sol Healthcare Platform.
This project will implement a comprehensive, end-to-end Medical ERP solution that integrates all points of healthcare value addition—including reception, emergency care, outpatient services, wards, theatres, laboratories, pharmacies, billing, admissions, medical aid claims, and management reporting—into a single digital ecosystem.
The solution enables real-time sharing of patient information, automated clinical and financial workflows, and secure system-to-system communication with medical aid societies, payment platforms, diagnostic equipment, and external specialists. With over a decade of successful use across Africa and millions of patient records already managed, the platform reflects the practical realities, regulatory environments, and operational nuances of healthcare delivery in the region.
Implementation will follow a structured methodology encompassing requirements analysis, customization, system integration, training, testing, user acceptance, go-live, and post-implementation support. The project is designed for rapid deployment at the first CHAM hospital, followed by scalable replication across additional facilities.
Ultimately, this project will enable CHAM healthcare professionals to focus on what matters most—quality patient care and safety—while ensuring financial sustainability, operational excellence, and readiness for future digital health innovations
