<p data-start="0" data-end="404"><strong data-start="0" data-end="19">Henry Mphwanthe</strong> is the Founder and Chairman of <strong data-start="51" data-end="62">Tech265</strong>, where he provides strategic leadership and long-term vision for the company’s mission to drive technology-enabled innovation and digital transformation. With a strong commitment to leveraging technology for economic development, Henry supports initiatives that foster innovation, entrepreneurship, and inclusive growth in Malawi and beyond.</p> <p data-start="406" data-end="782">Henry is a FinTech Leader and also leads FastKwacha LTD, a digital payments platform focused on advancing financial inclusion across Africa. Previously, he served as Chief of Staff to Mr. Strive Masiyiwa, Executive Chairman of Cassava Technologies, where he gained extensive experience in pan-African technology strategy, leadership, and impact-driven innovation.</p> <p data-start="784" data-end="1232" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node="">He holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Oxford and a Master’s degree in Economics with distinction from the University of Sussex. Henry is currently an Executive MBA candidate at Oxford, further strengthening his global business and governance expertise. Through his leadership roles, Henry is committed to building scalable, locally relevant technology solutions that enable broader participation in the digital economy.</p>  

<p data-start="0" data-end="349"><strong data-start="0" data-end="17">John Makungwa</strong> is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of <strong data-start="67" data-end="78" data-is-only-node="">Tech265</strong>. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity Management, a Graduate Certificate in Artificial Intelligence and Applications, and is CIS-certified. He is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in the United States of America.</p> <p data-start="351" data-end="536" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node="">With over 12+ Years of Experience, John has consulted for technology companies across Africa, the United States, Asia, and Europe, and has led large-scale technology development and strategic planning projects in Malawi.</p>
